Application Instructions: Type your information into the required fields. Option # 1. Save the file under your name and return via e-mail to race@shannonville.com . Option # 2. Print a copy of your saved file and print and sign the waiver by hand, and return by fax. Option # 3. Print a copy of your saved file and print and sign the waiver by hand and mail to the RACE office. It is recommended that the applications be filled in electronically and not filled out by hand except for the waiver signature.
